  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

1.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Order

  • If your order is incomplete or contains incorrect items, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

1.3 Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

1.4 Consultation Services

  • Refunds for online doctor consultations will be considered only if the appointment is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.

  • Customized or personalized health plans and remedies.

  • Digital health reports or consultation notes provided post-consultation.


3. Refund Process

3.1 Initiating a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number.

  • Details of the issue.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  • Photographs of the defective or incorrect product, if applicable.

3.2 Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days of submission.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

  • Products eligible for refunds must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accompanying materials.

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the issue arises due to an error on our part.
